Seated Dinner or Buffet Packages from $42 per guest will be customized to your event. Several Open Bar, Beer & Wine Packages are also available.

THE DINING ROOM

The main dining room features a 10 Foot see-thru glass fireplace and hosts up to 80 seats for formal dining. (Room can be divided for smaller parties)

Entire Room food & beverage minimum: 

Lunch - $1500 Mon-Fri, $2500 Saturday

Dinner - $3500 Sun-Thu, $8000 Fri-Sat

(Not Available during Sunday Brunch & Sporting Events)

THE WATERVIEW BAR

Our waterview room features a full size bar and waterfront folding glass walls and hosts up to 46 people for a sit down dinner, or up to 100 guests for a reception style event. (Sections can be roped off for smaller parties)

Entire Room food & beverage minimum:

Lunch - $2000 Mon-Fri, $4000 Saturday

Dinner - $5000 Sun-Thu, $12000 Fri-Sat

(Not Available during Sunday Brunch & Sporting Events)

THE MAIN BAR

The entire venue, including the main bar room which features a suspended 18 Foot HD video wall, can accommodate up to 168 seated guests, or up to 300 guests for a reception style event (Note: Summer dates may not be available or will have a larger buy-out).

Whole Venue Buy-out:

Lunch- $5,000 Mon-Thu; Friday $10,000; $20,000 Saturday; Sunday $20,000 (not available during football season)

Dinner- $25,000 Mon-Thu; $50,000 Saturday; Sunday $35,000 (not available during football season)

*Venue Buy-out cost is separate from cost of event. 

Beacon 70 reserves the right to adjust buy-out cost depending on sports events and/or other special dates.
